Vanier College signal caller Doyon-Roch led Canada to the silver medal at the 2009 IFAF Junior World Championship as he completed 33 of 56 attempts for 423 yards and 4 touchdowns in three games as Canada’s starting quarterback
Coulter has played football for four years at Leone High School in American Samoa and Trinity (TX) Community College. He represented American Samoa in a 49-6 junior international victory over Australia in January 2010.
