Five nations will compete for gold medals in the men's and women's competitions at the 2012 IFAF Flag Football World Championship in Sweden on Sunday.
USA, Austria, Denmark and Mexico will contest the men's semi finals, while USA, Austria, Mexico and France will compete for medals in the women's final four.

Both competitions will also feature two games for the men and women of Israel who did not play in Saturday's placement games as they observed the Sabbath. Israel returns to action as the men line up against Italy and Panama with fifth place overall on the line and the women face Germany and host Sweden as they also aim for a fifth place finish.
On Saturday in the men's competition, France claimed 9th place overall by winning all three games of their four-team round robin playoff group. Germany finished 10th (2-1) ahead of 11th placed Japan (1-2) and Norway (0-3) in 12th spot.
Sweden won all three games in the 13th to 16th place group to finish 13th, followed by Switzerland (2-1) in 14th place, Kuwait (1-2) in 15th and Korea (0-3) in 16th. The final day of action for those teams featured Kuwait's historic first victory in international competition, a 27-18 win over Korea.
Heading into Sunday's games, Canada (2-1), Panama (1-1), Israel (1-0) and Italy (0-2) continue to battle for fifth place.
In the women’s playoff games, Denmark claimed 9th place overall with three wins on Saturday, followed by Italy (1-1-1) in 10th spot, Panama (1-2) in 11th and Brazil (0-2-1) in 12th place.
Japan has already secured fifth place thanks to a 3-0 advantage over Germany (1-1), Israel (0-1) and Sweden (0-2) as the competition for sixth place resumes when Israel faces Germany and Sweden on Sunday.
