Touchdown on the ground for Anthony Coombs
WR, Tevaun Smith:
"It feels great to be part of the first-time ever to beat USA. Just last year I scored the first touchdown and now we won.
We definitely shocked USA a little bit. We were very prepared for this game.
We just shocked the world, honestly. Now I think in the next years, USA is going to take the game a lot more serious."
QB, Will Finch
"It is wild to beat USA at their own game. You don't do that often. How often to get to come a play a game you love internationally. It's wild.
They didn't come out thinking what we were. And we gave it to them.
This win shows that USA is not the only powerhouse. Everyone around the world can play.
I loved playing. I am going to come back two more years."
Defensive Coordinator, Warren Craney:
"It is unbelievable. It is hard to describe. Being with this program for three years, and two heart breaking losses against the US, I'm not happy about the 29 points but words can't describe, especially for these kids they really worked hard this week.
US is a great team, they really rallied late. But I think there was a time where their body language they thought they were out of it, but to beat a team of that talent is just beyond words.
This win shows we are playing football around the world, and it is good football. I am excited to see what next year brings."
